About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position, working Wednesday to Sunday with three evening shifts per week, with the possibility of occasional extra night shifts for functions and events. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and maintaining the fun and energetic vibe that makes Bar Lee special.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and friendly customer service, ensuring all guests have a great experience.
• Take orders efficiently and confidently, offering menu recommendations where needed.
• Serve drinks and cocktails with precision and enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with general bar and floor duties, including setting up and closing down.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and bar area.

About You

• Previous front-of-house experience in a bar or restaurant setting is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts (three evening shifts per week, with occasional additional nights for functions and events).
• A team player with great communication and multitasking skills.
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for hospitality and creating a fantastic guest experience.
